DINE WELL IN HOMEWOOD

With a wide variety of restaurants - down-home meat 'n' three or exotic Mediterranean, all-night eateries or lip-smacking barbecue, corner hot dog stands or white linen dining-chances are one of Homewood's 90 + eateries can fill whatever food hankering your might have.

Homewood has more than its share of familiar restaurants. There's certainly nothing wrong with the chains: when you're traveling, sometimes knowing exactly what you'll get when you order can be comforting. But as more and more chains dominate the culinary scene, it's nice to see that in Homewood, at least the Mom 'n' Pop shops can more than hold their own. In fact, they're the norm.

When dining in the Homewood area, we suggest the following:

Brio’s

Demetri’s

Di Giorgio’s Out take’s

Do Di Yo’s

Jackson’s

Lovoy’s

McCormick & Schmicks

Michael’s and More

Nabeel’s
